Holiday, Family, Social, Art dan cultural; governmental visit; non-commercial sport activity, Benchmarking, shortcourse, short training, Giving consultation and training in implementing technological innovation on industry to improve Indonesian industrial product design quality, and foreign marketing, Working in a very urgent matters, journalistics (with approval by Minister of Foreign Affairs), Non-commercial movie making (with approval by Minister of Foreign Affairs), Business meeting, buying goods or products, Giving lecture or following seminars, participating on international exhibition, attend meeting held by Head Office or Branch office in Indonesia, Audit, quality control, inspection to a branch office in Indonesia, foreign workers on probation, transit, and join a transportation mode in Indonesia.

Foreigners can apply this visa upon arrival in Indonesia,

A holder of Visit Visa on Arrival is given 30 days stay and can be extended in Immigration Office for 1 (one) time, to have another 30 days stay

OR

- Foreigners can apply visit visa in Indonesian Embassy

- Visit Visa is issued in Indonesian Embassy

A holder of Visit Visa is given up-to 60 days stay and can be extended in Immigration Office for 5 (five) time, each extension will be given another 30 days stay

Foreigners that travel frequently to Indonesia for Family, Business, and Governmental visit purposes

Multiple Visit Visa is issued in Indonesian Embassy or Consulates

Multiple Visit Visa validity is one year, a holder of multiple visit visa is given up-to 60 days stay each visit and can’t be extended


Visa on Arrival Requirements

  • Passport validity 6 (six) months
  • Return / Through ticket

  • Visit Visa Requirements

    1. Original Passport (Passport must be valid minimum 6 months on the date of entry into Indonesia) with at least two blank pages
    2. Visa application form must be fully completed and signed in the corresponding blanks
    3. One photo is to be attached: The photo must have a passport format, full-face capture and a light background. the photo must be recently taken
    4. photocopy of Residence Permit in UK / Ireland (only for those who are not a UK/Ireland nationals)
    5. Proof of sufficient means of subsistence during the intended stay in Indonesia ( ex : Bank Statement) with minimum of amount of £1000
    6. Roundtrip reservation or itinerary with dates and flight number specifying entry and exit to Indonesia
    7. Proof of accommodation for the whole duration of the Intended stay in Indonesia.
    8. To return the passport by post, a Self Addressed Special delivery Envelope (post information)

    DISCLAIMER :

    • Applicant must enter Indonesia 3 months from the date of issue the visa
    • For safety and guaranteed delivery of your documents, the Embassy recommends the use of special delivery envelope
    • The Royal Mail will not guarantee the delivery of your documents on the next day delivery if you are using first class mail. This will potentially delay the processing of your documents at the Embassy.

    Visit Visa Procedure

    1. Prepare documents required
    2. Create an online visa application online through https://consular.indonesianembassy.org.uk/visa/
    3. Fill in the application form
    4. Print out the application form and sign it
    5. Book an appointment (if you want to submit the application by hand) or Send your application by post
    6. Visa processing time
    7. If your visa has been approved or issued, your will get notification via email
    8. Collect your passport


    Visit/Multiple Visa Procedure

    • Guarantor submit visa application for foreigner in Directorate General of Immigration
    • Guarantor made payment (telex fee payment)
    • Guarantor will obtain a photocopy of Visa Approval Letter, another photocopy will be sent to Indonesian Embassy
    • Foreigner proceed to Indonesian Embassy to get visa issued (see procedure visit visa above)
    • Foreigner proceed to Indonesia, Entry stamp will be obtained in the border
